We are looking for a motivated and empathetic

Tele-Counsellor

to join our team. The role involves reaching out to students via phone calls, guiding them about academic programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education. This is an entry-level position suitable for

freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

in counselling, customer service, or tele calling.

Roles and Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to students and parents to provide counselling on courses and career options. Explain program details, admission procedures, and answer queries effectively. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups. Build rapport with students to understand their needs and provide suitable guidance. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to enrolment goals. Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth student onboarding. Stay updated on academic offerings and institutional policies.

Qualifications and Requirements



Education:

Minimum graduation (any stream).

Experience:

Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer service. Good communication skills in English and regional languages. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and guide students. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
