Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Counsel individuals about courses/services offered.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure lead conversion.
Update and manage data in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Address customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with client
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Comfortable working with targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
Customer-focused approach.
