Call and counsel prospective students/customers regarding offered courses/services.
Understand their requirements and guide them with accurate information.
Maintain follow-up calls and convert leads into admissions/enquiries.
Update daily call reports and maintain CRM records.
Provide excellent communication and customer support.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Odia - as applicable).
Confidence, patience, and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.
