Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Counsel prospects regarding [admissions/services/products].
Explain offerings, benefits, and processes clearly.
Maintain records of conversations and update databases.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional language).
Ability to listen patiently and guide effectively.
Prior experience in tele counselling, tele sales, or customer support is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
