Make outbound and attend inbound calls to counsel UPSC/MPSC aspirants regarding courses, mentorship, and offline batches.
Understand student requirements, career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, faculty, test series, study materials, and admission procedures.
Maintain follow-up calls/messages with potential leads to convert them into admissions.
Update enquiry details, lead status, and daily reports on CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the academic team, offline centre team, and counsellors for smooth admissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission/registration targets.
Handle students with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented attitude.
