First point of contact for leads. Responsible for qualifying leads, fixing appointments, and supporting counsellors in conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from leads generated via JustDial, Sulekha, CollegeDunia, digital campaigns.
Explain UMA offerings briefly and qualify student intent.
Schedule counseling sessions with Education Counsellors.
Follow up with warm leads until conversion.
Maintain lead funnel in CRM.
KPIs (Monthly):
Daily Calls: 100-125 per telecaller.
Appointment Fixing: 15-20 per week.
Lead Qualification Accuracy: ₹ 60%.
Support conversion target: 6-8 admissions/month through counsellors.
Revenue-Based Incentives:
Weekly incentive on each conversion.
Extra monthly incentive, if monthly conversion support ? 20 admissions.
