Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, admission procedures, and eligibility. Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries for admissions. Follow up with potential students via phone calls, emails, and messages to convert inquiries into admissions. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities. Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/system. Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners. Meet individual and team admission targets within deadlines. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online communication tools. Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as per location preference).

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Management/Marketing preferred). 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Experience in the education sector or EdTech will be an added advantage.
