Place outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from prospective students
Provide detailed program information and guide interested leads.
Conduct regular follow?ups and schedule counseling sessions.
Maintain lead records and CRM entries with high accuracy.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling/customer service--freshers welcome.
Language: Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, active listening, computer literacy (CRM, MS Office).
Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, team-player with positive attitude.
