Role Overview
The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and counselling students over the phone regarding courses and career opportunities. The role involves engaging with prospective students, motivating them to attend counselling sessions at the institute, and supporting the admissions team in converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to students/parents regarding academic courses (IIT-JEE & NEET).

Carry out the first level of telephonic counselling and maintain engagement with prospective students.

Provide accurate information about the institute's programs, admission process, and career guidance.

Motivate and schedule students for walk-in counselling sessions at the institute.

Work closely with the counselling and admission team to achieve monthly admission targets.

Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the system.

Achieve both individual and team-based goals with focus on quality counselling.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: Minimum Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Final Year) from any stream.

Freshers with strong communication & corporate presentation skills are welcome.

Candidates with prior telecalling/telecounselling/BPO/inside sales experience will be preferred.

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English).

Strong convincing ability and counselling skills.

Professional behaviour, corporate dress code & positive attitude.

Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
