Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with prospective students, current students, and parents regarding educational programs, courses, and admissions procedures.
Assist students in exploring educational options that align with their academic interests, career goals, and personal strengths.
Provide information about curriculum, course requirements, prerequisites, and extracurricular activities offered by the institution.
Address inquiries related to admissions criteria, application deadlines, financial aid options, scholarships, and tuition fees.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Offer career counseling and advice on potential career paths based on academic achievements and interests.
Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty members, and administrative staff to resolve student issues and concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive student information
