Visit our website www.portea.com Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecounselor who will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, verifying documents, and maintaining data accuracy through dashboards and Excel reports. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and have a working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to prospective clients/ patients (as per the organization). ? Conduct document verification and maintain records accurately.

? Counsel and guide on products/services offered.

? Create and update dashboards for tracking performance and leads. ? Maintain and update reports using MS Excel regularly.

? Follow-up with clients and ensure data completion within timelines.

? Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries effectively.

Requirements:

? Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam(English or regional language is a plus).

? Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard preferred).

? Experience in document verification and data management.

? Ability to handle pressure.

? Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Graduate in any stream.

? Prior experience in Telecounselling / Healthcare sector.
