Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves guiding students for admissions and driving conversions through sales via calling, supported by strong communication and follow-up.
Make outbound & inbound calls to students and parents to explain academic options
Understand their goals, concerns, and preferences to give accurate guidance
Provide clear explanations about courses, colleges, and career paths
Build rapport through trust-based communication
Maintain consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions pipeline
Convert interested leads into admissions using ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call notes, and daily follow-up records
Coordinate with operations & counselling teams for smooth onboarding
Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
Ability to simplify information and provide clarity
Persuasive yet empathetic calling style
Consistent, disciplined, target-driven mindset
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling + follow-up attitude is essential
