We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tele-Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle student/parent queries, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to students/clients and explaining available programs or services
Handling incoming queries professionally
Maintaining daily call records and follow-ups
Guiding students through the admission or enrolment process
Achieving daily/weekly counselling targets
Providing accurate information and ensuring high-quality service
Coordinating with the internal team as required
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under targets
Prior experience in counselling or tele-calling preferred (but not mandatory)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
