Offer appropriate guidance and support to resolve client issues.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client care.
Stay updated with best practices and relevant procedures in tele counseling.
Handle emergency situations and refer clients to suitable services if necessary.
Handle the admission process & Guide the parents for the admission process.
Qualifications
Bachelors in any relevant qualification.
Previous experience in counseling or customer service roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Empathetic and patient approach to client interactions.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
