Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential candidates to promote admissions. Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the database. Follow up with leads to ensure 100% satisfaction and conversions.

Candidate must have following skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and students effectively. Persuasive and confident attitude to drive onversions. Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally while maintaining a positive approach. Basic computer skills for data entry, record-keeping, and database management. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple calls efficiently.
