Job Description

Student Outreach & Counselling:

Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about the university's courses, programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.

Admissions Guidance:

Guide students in selecting programs that align with their career goals, assist with the application and documentation process, and proactively follow up to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Lead Management:

Generate, qualify, nurture, and manage leads using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions and counseling sessions are accurately recorded.

Target Achievement:

Work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets, with performance often tied to bonuses or incentives.

Query Resolution:

Address student inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, potentially coordinating with the admissions team and other departments when necessary.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to refine outreach strategies and submit reports on lead status, conversion rates, and progress metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is typically required, with a degree in psychology, counseling, education, or a related field often preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in telecalling, telecounselling, admissions counseling, or a similar customer service or sales role is an advantage.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and often regional languages, with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Personal Attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills, an empathetic and patient approach, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
