Job Overview
We are seeking a Tele Collection professional to join our dynamic team at VCATCH. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore. The role is perfect for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience who are eager to make an impact in the BPO industry. You will interact with customers over the phone, ensuring effective debt collection using advanced negotiation techniques.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Dialer Systems (Mandatory skill): Able to effectively use dialer systems to manage calls and interactions.
  • Mastery of Negotiation Techniques (Mandatory skill): Utilize effective strategies to successfully negotiate with customers.
  • Expertise in Debt Collection (Mandatory skill): Adept at implementing strategies to ensure successful recovery of debts.
  • Strong understanding of Debt Collection Laws: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance during collection activities.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
  • Problem-solving orientation: Possess keen analytical abilities to resolve payment issues quickly.
  • Patience and professionalism: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure: Proven capacity to meet targets while adhering to timelines and policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to remind them of their outstanding payments and encourage prompt settlement.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to provide accurate account information to customers.
  • Implement effective negotiation strategies to resolve payment issues and online disputes.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally, maintaining a courteous and respectful tone.
