Make outbound calls to follow up on overdue payments
Negotiate and finalize repayment arrangements
Track & monitor outstanding debts
Locate defaulters using available data and tools
Maintain documentation and update records regularly
Escalate complex cases when required
Achieve monthly collection targets
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in outbound collections
Graduate preferred
Strong negotiation & persuasion skills
Fluency in
Hindi (mandatory)
Knowledge of
Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Tamil, or Telugu
is a plus
Basic computer skills & familiarity with CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
