Job Role: Tele Collection Executive (Consumer Durable - NBFC)

Product Line

: Consumer Durable Loans (financing for electronics, appliances, gadgets, etc.) Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-up

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs. Remind them about due dates and payment methods.

Debt Recovery

Convince customers to pay outstanding dues. Provide payment options (UPI, bank transfer, online portal, branch)
Skills Required:

Good communication (Hindi/English/regional language). Persuasion & negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Patience & ability to handle difficult conversations.
Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month
