Job Description

Qualifications:

Higher secondary with

DRA certification or equivalent.

Proven experience in debt collection or related field.

Location : Chennai

Shift Timings: 9.30am to 7pm

Sunday fixed weekoff

Responsibilities:

Contact debtors to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.

Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken.

Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection regulations and laws.

Prepare reports on account status and collection efforts.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve complex cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,943.96 - ?20,800.08 per month
