Process Associate - Calling ( Male or Female with experience or freshers )
Role and Responsibility:
? Contact customers by phone to collect overdue payments.
? Research customer accounts to identify the best contact information and payment options
? Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
? Follow up with customers to ensure they are making payments on time.
Required skills:
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
