Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs & other loan repayments.
Remind and follow up with customers regarding pending dues.
Explain payment terms, resolving issues and provide payment options.
Negotiate repayment schedules or settlements, as per the matrix.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to field officers or supervisors.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
Adhere to legal and ethical standards in customer communication as per RBI and company guidelines.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive tone during customer interactions.
