Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain property details, project features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule property site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate information.
Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and convert leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries effectively.
Coordinate with sales executives and managers to ensure smooth follow-up and closure.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing/Business).
1-3 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience
(real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
