Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, assessing their interest and needs, and ensuring they are qualified for further sales efforts.
Needs Assessment and Understanding: Thoroughly understanding client requirements and translating them into compelling real estate solutions.
Proposal Development: Creating detailed sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Working closely with the sales team to develop strategies, share insights, and support sales efforts.
CRM Management: Maintaining and updating the CRM system with lead and prospect details.
Customer Engagement: Engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and addressing their queries.
