Role Overview
We are hiring a
female Tele Caller
with
prior experience in skin, dermatology, laser, or aesthetic clinics
. The role involves handling client calls, explaining treatments, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinic sales through effective follow-ups and conversions.
Key Responsibilities: Clinic Tele Calling & Lead Handling
Make outbound calls to leads related to
skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments
.
Handle inbound client calls and inquiries professionally.
Explain clinic services, treatments, packages, and pricing clearly.
Schedule appointments and perform regular follow-ups.
Sales Conversion & Coordination
Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic visits.
Follow up on warm and pending leads to close sales.
Coordinate with sales counsellors and front-desk teams.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups.
Update CRM or lead management systems.
Share daily calling and conversion reports.
Client Experience
Maintain polite, confident, and empathetic communication.
Handle client queries professionally in line with premium clinic standards.
Mandatory Requirements
Female candidates only
1-3 years of experience as a Tele Caller in a skin/dermatology / aesthetic clinic (mandatory)
Strong understanding of skin, hair, and cosmetic treatments.
Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication required.
Comfortable with sales targets and follow-ups.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling leads from
Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns
.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong persuasion and client-handling skills.
