We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Female Student Counsellor

with a minimum of one year of experience, preferably from the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about academic programs, managing inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on the range of academic programs available. Provide clear and accurate information about courses, fee structures, and admission procedures. Manage inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling and follow-ups. Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions through effective counseling. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with students and leads. Generate student referrals to support lead generation efforts. Meet targets for admissions and follow-ups within set timelines. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Take initiative in addressing concerns and queries promptly. Support in organizing student engagement activities when needed.

Minimum 1 year (Education sector experience preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
