We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team at 3M Car Care. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer calls, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Leads will be provided, and the role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed sales. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
Explain car care services, packages, and offers clearly to customers
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally
Coordinate with internal teams for service scheduling and confirmations Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory)
Customer-focused with a positive and persuasive approach
Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in automobile, service, or retail sales is an advantage
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and reliable
