Job Responsibilities : Supervise and lead a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor telephonic conversations to ensure compliance with company standards and quality assurance protocols. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to telecallers to enhance their performance and sales skills. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales productivity and improve customer engagement. Analyze call data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Maintain records of call logs, sales activities, and team performance metrics.
