Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and convert leads into sales.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding or service delivery.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus).
Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher with good communication skills can apply.
