Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to PhD scholars and research clients.
Explain the company's research and writing services in a clear and confident manner.
Understand the client's requirements and share suitable service options.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, or emails.
Maintain records of daily calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales and research coordination team to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Confident and polite phone manners.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Good convincing and client-handling ability.
Qualification:
Any graduate or diploma holder (Preferred: Business Administration, English, or related field).
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or academic services can apply.
Salary:
As per company standards (with incentives based on performance).
