. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, explaining property features, building relationships, and converting leads into successful site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
Pitch real estate projects, explain USP, pricing, location, and amenities clearly.
Schedule and follow up on site visits and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and client information in CRM.
Answer inquiries about property details, laws, finances, and market trends.
Achieve weekly/monthly call, follow-up, and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign insights.
Build long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into loyal clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
(regional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Understanding of real estate sales cycles and documentation.
Knowledge of local property markets and buyer preferences.
Experience using tools like Leadsquared, HubSpot, or Excel for tracking leads.
