Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Provide details about products/services and resolve customer queries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for meetings.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Prepare and share regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions with management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
Certification in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
Experience
0-2 years of experience
as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil].
Persuasive and confident speaking skills.
Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
