Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients or existing customers to introduce products or services Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals Address customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve issues promptly Record call details and update customer information accurately in the database Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team goals Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all interactions Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve calling strategies and scripts

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software or MS Office applications High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus
