The Telecaller plays a key role in supporting the NGO's fundraising and outreach goals by connecting with potential donors, beneficiaries, volunteers, and community members over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, or beneficiaries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors.
Follow up on previous leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily call logs and reporting sheets.
Coordinate with the fundraising team, field team, or HR if needed.
Eligibility
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum 12th pass or any degree.
