Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Support/Telemarketing executive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
