The telecalling position at our educational Institute plays a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, providing them with information about our programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role is essential in ensuring a positive and informative experience for potential students and contributing to the growth and success of the institute.

Salary :-

10,000/- to 12,000/- with Incentives.

Duty hours :-

8 Hours. (Sunday Holiday).

Job responsibilities :-

Initiate outgoing calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential students regarding course offerings and admissions process Explain the benefits of our educational programs and guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process Build rapport with potential students and address any concerns or queries they may have Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with potential students Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule campus tours and follow-up activities Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential students Meet or exceed targets for outreach calls, lead conversions, and enrollment goals Adhere to scripting and process guidelines while personalizing interactions with potential students Stay updated on educational programs, admission requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications required :-

Minimum H.S Pass, graduation, and above.

Male, female, freshers and experienced are welcome to apply for this post.
