Designation : Tele caller (Credit Control)

Location :Delhi (Rohini)
Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients to remind and follow up on pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts and Sales to resolve billing-related issues.
Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the Credit Control Executive/Manager.
Send payment reminders via email or SMS as per schedule.
Update and manage the customer database with the latest contact and payment status.
Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
Generate basic reports on daily follow-ups and collection status.
