Job Title: Telecaller - Educational Consultancy

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our educational consultancy team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the process of admissions, course selection, and providing accurate information about educational institutions, programs, and services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Handle inbound calls from students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and consultations.
Provide detailed information about educational programs, institutions, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
Maintain a database of leads and follow-up with them on a regular basis.
Schedule appointments for walk-ins, counseling sessions, or follow-up calls.
Support the counseling and admissions team by passing on qualified leads and walk-in information.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and english.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Strong listening skills and the ability to handle queries patiently.
