Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction
: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
Lead Generation
: Identify and qualify new sales leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
Product Knowledge
: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and services to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
Data Management
: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Sales Targets
: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Customer Service
: Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with any post-sales issues or inquiries.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Reporting
: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, leads, and feedback.
Requirements

Educational Qualification
: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduation is a plus.
Experience
: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi/English.
Sales Skills
: Ability to handle objections, close sales, and upsell effectively.
