We are looking for motivated and confident Telecalling Executives to support our business development efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided leads or databases
Introduce Think Digital's services clearly and professionally
Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales team
Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for senior sales/strategy teams
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into opportunities
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (needed)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage (training will be provided)
Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
