Role Overview
We are hiring telecallers for an election-related calling project in Kolkata. Your role will be to connect with local citizens, share campaign information, gather feedback, and support voter awareness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to voters across Kolkata as per the calling list provided.
Share verified information about the election campaign, candidate details, and initiatives.
Answer basic voter queries politely and professionally.
Collect responses and update them accurately in the system/Google Sheet.
Maintain daily calling targets and reporting.
Follow communication guidelines and avoid any political bias or personal opinions.
Ensure respectful, ethical, and compliant communication during all interactions.
Requirements
Good communication skills in
Bengali & Hindi
(English is a plus).
Prior telecalling experience preferred (not mandatory).
Ability to handle volume calling efficiently.
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
Calm, polite, and professional attitude.
Ability to follow scripts and instructions.
