Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Positive attitude, convincing power & customer-handling skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Prior experience in tele calling/sales is an added advantage
Experience in real estate or interior industry is a plus
