We are seeking a persuasive and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and generate sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers using provided phone directory or leads.
Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
Follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
Handle grievances or escalate complaints to the appropriate department.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a telecalling, customer service, or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., any software).
Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
Fresher with good communication can also apply.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
