Job Summary:



The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly. Generate sales leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems). Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education:

Minimum Graduate (B.Com, B.A, etc.).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Performance Metrics:



Number of calls made per day. Conversion rate (calls to sales/leads). Customer satisfaction and feedback. Timeliness and accuracy of data entry.
