Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up on leads, update call logs, and maintain customer records.
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
Schedule product demos and client meetings when required.
Prepare reports on calls, leads, and conversion outcomes.
Key Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
