Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Share details about Toyota vehicles, offers, services, and test drive bookings. Generate and follow up on leads for sales and service appointments. Handle inbound queries professionally and convert them into walk-ins or bookings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software. Coordinate with the sales and service team for lead updates and closures. Support promotional campaigns through targeted calling. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
