Job Description

We are looking for Tele Calling Executives to reach out to current and potential clients for sales. The process is for outbound sales

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and regularly follow up on the leads assigned

Identify potential clients and explain product features and membership packages

Sell/upsell/renew membership packages for existing and potential clients

Connect with existing customers and get feedback on customer experience

Address customer queries and grievances

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum Class 12

Language:

Knowledge of Bengali is necessary for the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
