Key Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak fluently in

Hindi

Bengali

Polite, persuasive, and confident on the phone Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers Promote products/services and explain benefits Maintain call records and follow up on leads
