Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling to existing and potential customers
Lead generation through calls and follow-ups
Understanding customer requirements and explaining products/services
Preparing and sharing quotations
Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders
Closing deals and achieving sales targets
Maintaining relationships with existing customers
Customer retention and after-sales coordination
Updating customer data and maintaining CRM records
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
Strong telecalling and convincing skills
