Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 3 years of experience in
telecalling / telesales / customer support
Excellent verbal communication skills
Understands & speaks good
English
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, dialer systems)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in sales or lead generation
Familiarity with CRM tools
Immediate joiners preferred
